Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
